1. Scope of Digital AI Design Services
SheetShirt is an artificial intelligence software platform. All payments collected by SheetShirt are exclusively for digital AI artwork generation (`Flux.1`), 3D mapping, and digital creation licensing. SheetShirt is not a physical apparel manufacturer.
Physical apparel manufacturing, Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, packaging, and doorstep delivery are executed 100% independently by third-party Print-on-Demand partners (including Printify, Inc., Gelato AS, Printful, Inc.) and postal carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL).
SheetShirt expressly holds no monetary or legal liability for physical garment manufacturing defects, color gamut variations, shipping carrier delays, customs holds, or lost transit packages. Physical replacement claims are governed directly by third-party POD provider policies.
